Use , maintenance and repare to oil filter vehicle

1. Oil filter vehicle cannot make oil pump reversal when it start . it can regular work after affirm swerve.
2. In order to confirm fine filter element can regular work , we should open vent valve in time , will emptying air in the filter cartridge .
3. Oil filter vehicle use after a period of time ,should clean thick filter element in time , because the oil pump noise increase what caused by thick filter element .
4. Fine filter element use after a period of time , should clean and exchange in time , when the pressure reach up to 0.4 MPa what caused by pollutant blocking .
5. If the oil filter vihcel cannot take out oil ,should check up the oil pump swerve is right or not , the sealing which tank to oil pump suction is reliable or not , oil suction is leave oil level or oil already absorb or not .
6. When find oil filter vihcle flow reduce , should check up thick and fine filter element blocking serious or not , oil pump shaft seal is caused by the wear or to blow out , inhaled air
7. Filter pressure suddenly descend , please check up fine filter element is breakdown or not .
