1.Check whether the specifications,pressure,temperature and anti-corrosion property of butterfly valve meet requirements before install.
2.Butterfly valve can be installed at any angle of the pipe except inversion, close it before install;Cleanthe sealing surface.
3.Check whether it is easy to open and close before install.
4.Clockwise is close, anti-clockwise is open, don't try to add strength to open and close the valve when the indicator in right place.
5. When test the pressure of the butterfly valve, use double flange to install.
6. Fasten the bolts symmetric alternating, not ordinal.
7.Limit bolts have been debugged, don't adjust them. If install electric or pneumatic actuator, pleaserefer to instruction.
8.The electric actuator has been debugged before leave factory. To avoid wrong direction of power,please open it to a partially open position by hand, then press the switch. If the direction of indicatorand valve opening is same, then it is ok.
9.If the valve can't be open or closed, please check the reason and repair. Don't try to open or closewith hard strength, otherwise the valve will be damaged.
