4.Physical properties:White monoclinic crystal powder,odorless and colorless ;it is soluble in dilutedHydrochloric Acid Nitric and Acetic slightly soluble in water but insoluble in Ethanol;it's relative density is 2.32;stable in air,it will lose crystal water when heated to 75c and then convert to Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous.

6.Usage:In food industry,it is used as leavening agent,dough conditioner,buffer,nutritional supplement,emulsifier ,and stablizer,e.g.it is used as quality improver for flour cake,biscuit and bakery.

8.Storage and transport:It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse,kept away from moisture,heat and stored separately from poisonous substance.Handled with care,so as to avoid damage to packing bags.
