11G water pressure tank is different from other types of pressure tank, 

it is massive capacity tank (with base ) for large supplying faxilities.

The water is stay between Polypropylene liner and butyl diaphragm .

 

The RO water  storage tank are made of 4 main parts:

 

the inner most layery	butyl diaphragm
the second layer	polypropylene liner
the outside layer	metal sheet
the bottom	plastic predestal

 

Each product factory pressuer test have been 1MP,2MP is not the highest 

burst pressure test. Part of each wading, food-grad materials are used, 

for RO system design.

New design to improve diaphram:it can work not only put but also put side.
