Big Feeding door
If you want use auto-feeder and belt conveyor,that will be convince to load raw material.
Whatever you use automatic machine,you also need workers to load raw material into automatic machine.
Size:Our products maximum output is 10tpd.
The diameter of our feeding hole is 1200mm*8000mm.I think that enough to the raw materials.If the raw materials are too big,we can support the tire crusher
Our oval-shaped feeding door is Length1400mm*Width800mm or Length1200mm*Width800mm.

Our equipment includes the cooling power.The water consumption is 2%.If in winter, it will be 0.5~0.1%.
If you use the recycle water,it will need the more water.

Large cooling area
Ten cooling pipes (D=219mm, L=6m) in the cooling pool, so the cooling area can reach up to about 42m² (0.219m X π X 6m X 10 pipes = 41.2m²)
