3.  Warranty and Services:
Provide ODM or OEM services, if purchased from ZJ, conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from 

defects in workmanship and   materials for a period of one (1) year (12 months) from the date of original purchase. For 

warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original purchase.. Should your ZJ printer prove defective during the

 warranty period, please call the ZJ Connection at (0086) 755-36956449 or webmaster(a)zjiang.com for warranty repair

 instructions and return authorization. A ZJ service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine 

whether the printer requires service. If service is needed, ZJ will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts 

or labor. If ZJ authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, ZJ will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, 

and the broken printer or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to ZJ
