Description of Shoe Molding RTV-2 Silicon Rubber 

 

Shoe Molding RTV-2 Silicon Rubber is a two-component material, and RTV-2 silicon rubber is consisted of Part A silicon base and Part B CA30 curing agent, and the silicon base and curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction. These materials can be cast into the cured silicon mold: shoe mold making, sand casting etc.

RTV Silicone rubber can be used for artificial stone moldmaking.For example RTV2030,RTV2066 and RTV2088 silicone rubber.

  

RTV silicone rubber can be appliied in candle and soap moldmaking, such as RTV215 and RTV218 silicone rubber.

  

RTV silicone rubber can be used for plaster moldmaking, such as RTV2025,RTV2028 and RTV2030 silicone rubber.

 

RTV silicone rubber can be applied in the field of shoe sole moldmaking, for example, RTV3010 and RTV3015 silicone rubber.

  

RTV silicone rubber can be used for prototyping and electronic potting.

Storage of Shoe Molding RTV-2 Silicon Rubber 

 

When RTV-2 Silicon Rubber for Shoe Molding is stored at or below 30 °C (85°F) in the original unopened containers, RTV3010/3015 silicon base and CA30 curing agent have a usable life of 9 months from the date of production.
