30-55g Aluminum foil laminated paper for cigarette

Used inside the cigarette packet for keeping the tobacco fresh Aluminium Foil Paper are manufactured in

various specifications  matching the requirement of the cigarette manufacturer.

• Typical Aluminium foil thickness: 6.5 microns
• Base Paper: From 30 gms – 50 gsm (MG PAPER) 
• Aluminum foil color: Silver, Gold (as per customer’s shade)or printed in any colour with logo as per customer’s requirement 
• Width, Length, Inner Diameter and Outer Diameter: As per customer’s requirement

Tipping Paper

• Printing: up to 6 Colors printing on high-tech rotogravure press. Our printing cylinders are engraved by laser for high clarity, made as per the design requirement. All inks used are food-grade.
• Hot Foiling: For enhancing brand image tipping papers are made with hot foiling instead of printing. Hot Foiling can be done for Logos, lines or text on the tipping paper. [Show image of hot foiling tipping paper]
• Perforation: For high air permeability the paper is laser perforated. Perforation can be done in >2 lines and >200.
• Width, length, printing, hot foiling, perforation, inner diameter and outer diameter customized as required by the customer.
