APPLICATION

DD862M single-phase impulse electromechanical energy meter is a kind of single phase two wire active induction meter, which is developed for adapting townsman using electricity measurement and concentrative management as multiplayer residence and storied buildings and supplying collecting transcription meter system impulse group of formed direct ratio with using electricity quantity. It is applicable to measure 50 Hz or 60 Hz active energy consumption in single phase AC electricity net. All technical targets are completely conformed to National Standard GB/T15283-2008 and International Standard IEC62053-11 and IEC62053-31. The meter is developed on the basic of the DMM862, and add an impulse occurring device. It has the following functions: adjust impulse width, LED impulse output indication, anti-dithering, wide range of the working temperature (-40~80ºC), high reliability and long life, can choose inner placed current as power supply electrical source.

 

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

♦Meter cover transparent PC which is anti-UV molded overall or PS or ABS engineering plastics with glass window (optional). Meter base Aluminium, steel, bakelite etc. Meter terminal block is made of bakelite which is moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, high temperature molded.

♦May select use 5+1 digits register or 5 digit register or customer-defined, which is without anti-reverse device, or may select add uni-directional function or able to be anti-reverse.

♦Jewel bearing, or magnetic thrust bearing.

♦The die-casing frame is alloy Aluminium or adopts top-quality steel plate, molding with excellent mechanical strength, stable structure and anti-impact.

♦Voltage components and current components, using double insulation structure, have good electrical characteristics.

♦All kinds of error adjustment mechanisms adopts stepless shifting mechanism. The meter starting and creeping needn't to be adjusted which is finished by anti-creeping hole of disc and convenient for adjusting by users.

♦With one port of pulse output active(polarity), may select to add a distant port of pulse output passive (no polarity). Can contact with all kinds of AMR system conveniently, complying with standard IEC 62053-31.

♦LED instructions signal of power impulse (red).

♦Standard configuration short terminal cover, which is helpful to reduce installation space and make it convenient to install; May select extended terminal cover, which is for protecting the safety of using electricity.

♦Standard configuration without handle, may select add a handle for carrying conveniently.(Please specify when ordering)

♦Direct connect operation, two types wiring optional, symmetrical or asymmetrical connection.

♦Single component measure single phase two wire active energy consumption. Complying with standard I IEC62052-11 and EC62053-11.
