SiC heating elements are hard and brittle, resistant to quick heating and cooling, not easy to deformation 

in high temperature. Other physical properties are as follows:

Density: 3.2 g/cm3

Moh's hardness: 9.5

Specific heat: 0.17 KCal/kg.C

Thermal conductivity: 20Kcal/m.hours.degrees 

Coefficient of linear expansion: 5x10-6 m/ .C

Chemical properties

SiC heating elements have a good chemical stability and strong acid resistance. Under high temperature 

condition, it can be eroded by alkaline substance.

OD: Diameter; HZ: Length of the hot zone; CZ: Length of the cold zone; OL: Overall length 

If type U or type W, please mark terminal distance A. If you have special requirements about resistance,
