Introduction:
ZP30-17 is a continuous rotary tabletting press machine .It mainly used in the industry of pharmaceutical, food, chemical,
ceramics, electronics, plastics and powder metallurgy . This machine can press al kinds of Granular materials into tablet .granularmaterial could be pressed into wafers, lettering, and special shaped, two color tablets by change the molds . But this machine is
not suitable to press the Gelatinous, damp, half solid properties material .
The parts contact with the material and the external casing are made of stainless steel .this can keep the surface shiny and to prevent cross-contamination, in line with GMP requirements.
Main features:
1.The mechanical driving part and the tabletting workroom are totally separated to prevent the cross-contamination
2.Tabletting workroom is made of organic glass and can see the process of tabletting. And can prevent the bug dust contamination.
3.Rotary table is made of special cast iron . The surface is superficially titanium and with a good performance of anti-corrosion .
4.This machine is not equipped with the Pre-roller device and can improve the quality of tablet
5.This machine adopt the Four column structure with a good stability .
6.Motor is controlled by the frequency changer. The revolving speed can be governed
