Brief Introduction of commercial large tube ice machine:
1. Daily capacity: 1 ton to 30 tons.
2. Size of tube ice, tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter 16mm, 22mm, 28mm,35mm and length 25~42mm. The hole diameter is usually 5~10mm and it can be adjusted according to ice making time.
3. Features of tube ice, Tube ice is crystal and transparent with long storage period. It isn't likely to melt in a short time,good air permeability. It can be directly eaten or used to freeze drinks, mix wines, cool foodstuffs, make ice pastries and keep fresh, ect.
4. Efficient performance: ice maker adopt special alloy material and with special heat treatment, make the ice maker with best thermal performance.
5. Power supply: standard 380v-50hz-3p. We also can do special power, 220v-50Hz/60hz-3p, 230v-50Hz/60hz-3p, and so on.
6. Standard working condition: environment temperature 30°C, water supply temeprautre,23°C, evaporate temperature,-15°C.
7. Applicable working condition: environment temperature 5°C ~45°C, supply water 0°C~28°C. It is common that real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
