function:

Characteristic:

 

1.White needle, flaky crystal or crystalline powder. Odorless. Sweet,               

 

2.The sweetness of its dilute solution of sodium cyclamate30 times sucrose. Sweetness of sucrose 40 to 50 times, the non-nutritive sweetener. 

                

3.10% aqueous solution was neutral (PH value 6.5), heat, light, air-stable. Heated slightly bitter taste.

 

4.Decomposition temperature of about 280 °C, reaction does not occur caramel.Decompose slightly acidic environment, alkaline stability.      

 

5.Soluble in water (1g/5ml) and propylene glycol (1g/5ml), almost insoluble in alcohol, ether, benzene and chloroform. When the concentration of more than 0.4% with a bitter taste, soluble nitrite, sulfate content of the water, resulting in oil or rubber-like odor.

 

6.A non-hygroscopic and does not support the growth of other bacteria or fungi.
