1.About the Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM)
MSM is a sulfur compound found naturally in a variety of foods, including most fresh raw fruits and vegetables, milk, meat, seafood, and some grains. However, natural MSM is volatile and is easily lost during even moderate processing and cooking. MSM powder is derived from DMSO and has been used as a safe dietary supplement for over ten years.
