Product Information

PT. Omega Primawood produces old-style hand scraped or distressed flooring, which is gaining rapid popularity in the US and rest of the world. It is basically flooring that is made artificially to look antique and worn out. Distressed flooring has scratches and marks such as nail marks and high heel shoes marks that can come naturally the time and use. We have designated one division to solely produce distressed flooring, because it requires craftsmanship and time. 
 

Veneer: American Hardwood (Cherry, Maple, Oak, Walnut, Birch, etc), Indonesian Species(Merbau, Teak, Rosewood, Mahogany, etc), African Species (Afromosia, Doussie,Iroko)

Basepanel: Own products + From local suppliers.

Grade: AB or CD grade, MC: 8-10%

Finish:

High Wear Finish - 7 Coat, High Wear UV cured. Acrylic Urethane with Aluminum Oxide in the base coats and Anti Scratch top coats in Satin Gloss. Brushing, oil coating, hand-scraped available.

7 ply Construction: The top wear layer is a sliced veneer selected species. 5 Internal Layers. Bottom/ Backing Layer. Milled with Eased Edges and Square Ends. 4 Sides T&G and Micro-bevel.

Installation: Nail down, glue down, or float

Equipment: Veneer (Vertical Slicer and Rotary), Coating (Cefla, Italy), Tenoning (Homag, Germany), Paint (Klumpp, Germany), Dryer, Hot/Cold Press.

Warranty: Life Time warranty available.
