Basic elements of tropical design are: high pitched roofs, so rain gets off fast as hot air rises and escapes to keep you cool; retractable doors and window that promote flow-through ventilation and allow you to open the house on those great lazy days; outdoor gardens for bathing and showers; simple details and finishes that are compatible with the environment. All are just a part of a tropical lifestyle. Clothing, food, drink, relaxation and the activities and experiences of the tropics all lend to the cohesive compliment, to ensure a true tropical lifestyle.
All wood component are crafted and supplies as Indonesia tropical hardwood and 3x stronger than douglas fir and is naturally termite resistance do not harmfull chemical. Component are bolted and screwed to exceed hawai hurricane requirement (100mph).
