We are processors of quality spices in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Our products are collected from the plantations - and carefully processed.
- Collection of fresh ginger from plantation
- Washed with high pressure pump to remove all foreign materials
- Sliced to 5mm thickness
- Air dried to 10 pct moisture
- Steam sterilised
- Pulverised (powdered) to the buyers required mesh size (our standard mesh is 30)
- 5kgs packed in Nylon plastic bags (we use Nylon plastic bags to maintain the aroma for longer shelf life)
- 5 packs of 5kgs packed into one carton
