We require plastic injection moulding, 2 shot moulding, over-moulding with TPE & Polyurethane, precision components made in stainless steel, BeCu, Bronze, Plastic by various processes - high speed progressive stamping, CNC machining, chemical etching/milling.Some components include small flat springs, clips, electronic connector contacts, pins, spring clips, plastic knobs, machined screws with metric and SAE threads, precision shoulder screws, plastic hardware in materials like Delrin, Torlon, PEEK etc.Connector pins require gold flash plating and metal components require different finishes and plating options.Please send us full company profile - giving year of establishment, space, facility set up, tools, number of employees, capability, present customers etc.Once the vendor capability is approved, we shall provide some small job work and also send our team member for final vendor appraisal.As of date we need aforementioned services for 271 different types of components and our requirement keep growing as we do new design and also improve existing products for our clients.
