Dear Sir I have several buyers of D2 and JP54. I am dealing with the buyer mandate and for some I am 1 away from the mandate. Similarly you must be next to seller or seller mandate. I am looking for genuine sellers who can supply these product. The buyer mandate will only deal with the seller mandate once the soft offer is accepted. Price and procedures are crucial in deciding whether buyer will proceed or not.
