We will only use No-transferable LperC for shipments. We can purchase about 15、000 X 2 shipments MTperMonth for Asia & Middle East marke. Now pls let us show our procedure firstly and if you agree and can offer、 pls contact us. 1. Buyer issues LOI. 2. Seller will issue FCO. 3. Buyer and seller will exchange draft contract and finalize the same. 4. Seller will provide Proof of Product along with non-operative transferable performnce bond bank to bank. 5. Buyer will issue an irrevocable、 non-transferable DLC. This will make the performance bond operative. 6. Shipment will commence as per the agreed schedule. 7. Buyer will send his representative at the loading port to monitor the proceedings. PS: Pls pay attention to item 4&5. We must be based on it、 if you can not accept、 I am sorry!
