4.FAQ
Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown double cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and 
the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q8. What's your warranty policy ?
A: We provide warranty as one year replacement for the battery, controller, motor.

5.Note:
1.The above quotations are based on the products with 5.2AH LG battery, we will require 200RMB more for purchasing the products with 6.4Ah LG battery, we will require 100RMB less for purchasing the products with 4.4Ah LG battery or products with 5.0Ah battery(made in China);
We will require 50RMB more for adding one bluetooth module; 
present, we only can add and install seat to the F1 model scooter, Fitcoo does not stock any seats in our factory, please order at least 40pcs seats at one time and the seat price is 120RMB/pcs;
3.We will charge 30RMB more if customers purchase F1 scooter with 6 inch motor based on the price of F1 scooter with 5.5 inch motor;
4.Only those products with bluetooth module can use the APP to adjust the related parameters(such as third gear speed setting, cruise, handle breathing light  color setting, show actual speed and driving mileage and trajectory, etc. )
