With rich experience of modern composite technology and its application to component design and manufacture, our company is committed to developing its design and manufacturing technologies and maintains its position at the forefront of international carbon fiber bicycle frame and component production. With our production facilities covering an area of over 35,000 square meters, our company has the capability to produce 20,000 carbon frames and over 15,000 other individual carbon fibre components annually. Currently, our production includes the manufacture of frames, wheel rims, seat posts, handlebar stems, handlebars, bottle cages and many other components for road bike, mountain bike, time trial and track bike applications.
We always pay particular care to product quality, so our product safety is guaranteed. To ensure that all of our products meet or exceed EN14781 standards, quality is inspected in every stage of the production process. This is seen through our extensive and comprehensive quality assurance program.
Our product analysis lab is equipped with the latest high-tech equipment, allowing us to test product to some of the highest standards in the industry. Our frames undergo extensive impact and fatigue tests, following both the international homologation protocol and our internal quality assurance protocols. We use the information from the extensive test program in the design process to ensure that every product provides every professional rider with enhanced performance. It is through our knowledge and understanding of materials, design, production and quality assurance that has ensured we can offer a market leading 2 year warranty on all carbon components.
Our company is based in Shenzhen, home to some of the fastest growing technological industries in the world. We have developed excellent working relationships with customers and riders across markets in Europe, North America, Oceania, Japan and South America. As customer service is a part of our commitment, we recently opened an East China Sales Office in Anhui province which allows us to better serve our North American business partners and enable us to reach a wider international business market.
