Dongguan Shengjia Hardware Products Co.,Ltd,wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengjia Group Industrial Co.,Ltd, founded in 2003,which is a comprehensive custom manufacturer of design, production, sales and service, and specialize in punching various precision hardware, processing extruded aluminum heat sink, designing and manufacturing metal stamping dies. We can offer a package deal included mould designing and manufacturing, products production, surface treatment, packing, transportation and so on; we can punch a variety of metal parts such as copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel etc.; we can supply the surface treatment such as electroplate, electrophoresis, powder spraying, baking finish, brushed, anodizing, polishing, passivation, silk print, laser and degreasing etc. for range of our products.
Since the early days of our company, we strictly complied with ISO Quality Management System Standards to establish a sound Company Management System, and passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System certified by "UKAS" in 2009.In order to fully meet market and customers requirements, we control the quality from product source-all the materials need pass "RoHS" compliant; Meanwhile, we brought in some advanced testing equipments such as 2D tester, projector, Salty Spray Tester, coating thickness tester, sclerometer and so on, which accordingly enhance the products detectability.
