Tan Sin Lian Industries Sdn. Bhd. (TSL), one of the leading suppliers or exporter for Latex Examination Gloves, Nitrile Examination Gloves and Latex Surgical Gloves. TSL was established on 1990 with one principal buyer from U.S.A and growth together until today. Currently, TSL export to over 72 countries covering 5 continents with quantity over 90 million pieces per month, and mostly export to U.S.A, Europe, South America and Middle East.
Our company is determined to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. We provide value added services such as customization of the packaging according to our customer requirement e.g. small poly bag packaging, small box packaging, etc. We always work closely with our customers and develop the market together with them. Most importantly, we are able to provide excellent quality gloves at very competitive price due to our efficiency. Besides, we also provide LCL and mix container services.
Accredited with FDA 510K, CE, ISO9001, ISO13485, CE0120, we exceed ASTM D3578-01, EN455 Part 1 & 2, AS/NZS 4011. TSL emphasizes stringent controls to meet Standards and adherence Good Manufacturing Practice.

Production
TSL factory currently consist of 14 production lines and 180 workforce. With the rapid demand of disposable gloves in the market, TSL grow together with the long-term partners and customers and the production capacity already grow up to 90 million pieces per month, and this figure is keep growing with confidence.
With a very complete production facilities in TSL, such as using natural gas, online polymer facility, chlorinator and etc, TSL ensure the production achieve highest capacity with lowest cost, and able to produce variety of gloves to fit the different needs in the market.
Besides, in order to ensure the incoming materials quality, TSL internal lab running 24 hours to check on-line parameters, to ensure follow the international standard and requirement. Preventative action will be taken to ensure all on-line parameters are within specification.
Furthermore, TSL also running internal tensile test by using the machine made in United Kingdom to ensure the accuracy of tensile strength and quality of products.
