Designer Swee Lo worked in haute couture for 50 years in the U.S. now, she has turned her fashion sense to designing hand made jewelry here in Bali.
In the U.S. Swee Lo fasihons were sold in all major depaertment stores (bergdorf goodman, neiman marcus, saks, etc. And upscale boutiques). She was featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times.
Here in Bali, We use natural materials such as gold, silver, gemstones, coral, turquoise, shell, horn, bone and wood. The workmen here are true artisans.
My purposes in doing this at the end of my career are: to give jobs to the people here who are very poor but very talented. If any charity features our collection we will give 25% of the gross sale to the charity. In most cases we can make your design. You supply the information and we will do the rest. |
