Primatexco Indonesia
On June 1, 1971 GKBI established a textile company named PT. Primatexco Indonesia in Batang, Central Java, in cooperation with a number of foreign investors. Daiwabo Co. Ltd. Has been involved in textile industry since 1912. Other foreign investors were Nichimen Corp., Yamatagowa Dyeing Work Ltd. And Internasional Corp. USA.
PT Primatexco Indonesia continues as a foreign investment (PMA) company with the local PT. GKBI INVESTMENT owning 51% of shares. The remaining shares are held by Japanese companies, Daiwabo Company Ltd and Sojitz Corporation.
The annual production capacity is : + 45,000 bales from Spinning, + 54.000.000 yards from Weaving, and +85.000.000 yards from Finishing. |
