Established in 1996， Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co.， Ltd. is a class-one state-owned enterprise group and one of the largest 500 machinery enterprises of China authorized for running under the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. We founded SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co.， Ltd. on June 4， 2002 together with Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corporation (SAIC) and General Motors (China) (GM)， and we are the third largest shareholder of the company.
