MTCN is established in 2010-1-25 in Zhejiang province of China, and specializes in producing 3”~6 " silicon wafers. Based on having 120pcs silicon furnaces, MTCN has a capacity of 600 tons ingots and 60 million pieces wafers per years, including lapped wafers, etched wafers and polished wafers.

Since the development of more 10 years, MTCN has widely been recognized as the biggest supplier of small size silicon wafers in China, and have long term cooperation with many leading diodes manufacturers, for example LITEON, Goodark, BestBright, PYNMAX, Taiwan GPP, etc.
