   Features

1 Widely Used:sand vacuum pump  suitable for conveying liquid with solid particles of gravel,sand, cinders, tailings, etc. It’s mainly used in river/pond dredging, 

2 High Efficiency:  pumps are not limited by suction, and thus have high efficiency in slag suction, and clear silt more thoroughly.

3 Powerful Impellers: In addition to the main pump impeller, agitation impeller is equipped at the bottom to help break and mix the sludge.

4 Long Wear Life: The pump is constructed with abrasion resistant materials - chromium alloy.

   Application   

1. to pump the sand or sludge in the river, lake, pond, reservoir and sea, etc.

2.widely used for pumping and conveying crude oil or solid particles like ore, gravel,cinders ,tailings of mines, coal, industrial engineering, electric power plant, etc.

3. pumping the sludge in the deep well or pool.

4. can be installed on the land ,vessel or at the seacoast

    Service condition 

1. Power supply: The power source is 50Hz/380V three-phase alternating-current supply, and the capacity of the substation transformator is two to three times of the rated capacity of the motor.

2. Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

3. Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.
