Triplex service drop ABC cable

Conductor:AAC,AAAC,ACSR.

Insulation:PE or XLPE.

1.Application Properties

1.1.ABC cable is primarily used on lighting,outdoor lighting,and temporary service for construction.

1.2.The conductor longterm maximum working temperature: PE insulation should not exceed 75°C, XLPE insulation should not exceed 90°C.

1.3.During short circuit (maximum permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor: XLPE insulation 250 °C, High-density polyethylene insulation 150°C. 

1.4.When laying the cable,minimum ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than -20°C.

1.5.The minimum bending radius: ≥20 (D+d) ±5mm, D is the cable overall diameter, d is the conductor diameter.

2.Standard

Rated voltages up to 1KV aerial insulated cable implement the standard GB/T12527,and  we can also produce the products as the other standards and special requirements by the customers.

3.ABC cable meets or exceeds the following specifications:

3.1. Aluminum cable,1350-H19 for electrical purposes.

3.2. Aluminum conductors,concentric-lay-stranded.

3.3.Aluminum conductors,concentric-lay-stranded,coated steel reinforced(ACSR).

3.4.Concentric-lay-stranded 6201-T81 conductors.

3.5.Compressed round stranded aluminum conductors using single input conductor.

ABC cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ASNI/ICEA S-76-474.
