Test process:
Before we send the kiosk to you, in order to make sure the kiosk run well after you get it, we will test to run it with not less than 24 hours for each kiosk.
Packing:
There are 5 layers total for kiosk, the first one is antistatic film, the 2nd is foam, the 3rd is carton box, and last one is wooden case for exporting.

If you order by aliexpress, you can pay for it direclty here. The goods will be sent to you in about 14 workin days after receive your payment,
then you will get the tracking number or B/L copy ASAP once we get it.
Shipping Terms
Those goods we marked free shipping, then no more freight fee, but for importing
goods, you still need pay importing tax to customs in your country, which base on the Customs policies in your place. For freight, our first choice is DHL, but you can also choose UPS, EMS, TNT, etc. It will take about 3 to 7 working days to receive the goods after we arrange the shipment.
If ship by Ocean, it will take about 7~60 workings according to where your country locted in.
Refund Policy
Every product has been tested before sending to you to make sure it can be operating in good
condition. If you haven’t receive integrated cargoes or good quality product, pls contact me as soon as possible, we will find out the root cause and solve the problem, if it is our mistake, we will take corresponding methods, either full refund or send new cargoes , but you need to pay for the returning shipping fee.
