SS 304 SS316 Wedge wire curved screens for oil industry is made up of rods and warp. The rod can be round wire, triangular wire or trapezoid wire. The warp is triangular wire (V-shaped wire).  

Material: Raw material: Low carton, low carton galvanized steel (LCG), stainless steel(302,304,304L,304HC,316,316Letc.)

Wire diameter: 1.5x2mm, 2x3mm, 2x23.5, 3x7mm, 4x6mm.
Support rod: 2x3mm, 3x3.8mm, 3x5mm......5x6mm 

Length: 1.5 meters

Slot size:  0.05mm 0.1mm 0.15mm....6.0mm or as your request.

Surface treatment: polishing , chroming
