Explanation of product warranty
1. Normal use, product warranty is one year calculated by from ex-factory date. During the warrant period, the same type product will be replaced after tested by our company if the product went wrong.
2. The warrant is invalid when one of the cases below happen:
(1) The product went wrong because of wrong use, not according to the instructions;
(2) The product went wrong because the user removed the parts inside by himself/herself;
(3) The appearance of product damaged serious, or transformative;
(4) The ex-factory date or the series number on the product has been wipe off or be altered.
3. Our main responsibility for the product sold is to replace the products of the same type and the same quantity.
