RAISIN

Raisins are about 60% sugars by weight, most of which is fructose. Raisins are also high in certain antioxidants.

3. Spec.; Moisture < 15%; Admixture <1%; Imperfect <5%; Sugar>60%, Sulfur<2000ppm;

Red raisin

1. Size: 10#:170~190/100g; 8#: 255~280/100g; 7#: 340~360/100g; 6#: 620~650/100g

2. Spec:

1) Admixture(%) ≤1;   2) Imperfect (%)<3%;  3) Moisture content (%) ≤15;  4) Sugar>55%

3. Packing: 5kg, 10kg or 12.5kg carton or as your requirement.

Green Raisin

1. Size: 160-540/100g

2. Spec:

1) Admixture(%) ≤1;  2) Imperfect (%)<3%;   3) Moisture content (%) ≤18;  4) Sugar>55%

5) Sulfur<2000ppm;

3. Grade: AA and A

4. Packing: 5kg, 10kg or 12.5kg carton or as your requirement.
