Our Wooden House materials are selected from the finesthardwoodin Indonesia, for main structure we use Iron wood, the hardwoodfromthe heart of Indonesia, and for the wall panels and flooring weuseNyatoh wood, the new alternative wood, the quality is slightlyequalwith teakwood but in much lower cost. All woods are from managedforestin Indonesia, all certified, oven and fully fumigated.
Ourproduction is conceived on the basis of standard modularcomponents. Thestructure is designed to allow for handling by teams of2 to 4 persons,thus avoiding the need for heavy lifting equipment ormachinery.
Allpre fabricated structures are supplied with succinct butdetailedre-construction instructions, that mean that we do not need tosendworkers to site but we can, if requested, supply "on site"supervisionor even a team of carpenters, who are already familiar withthestructure, to work together with the clients local workers tofacilitatere-erection.
