Briefly introduction:
ABC CABLE (aerial bundle cable): are mainly used for electric power transmission, rebuilding of urban and forest regions. They can improve safety and reliance of electrified wire netting.
Construction of aerial bundle cable:
A. Phase Conductor construction: The phase conductor of aerial bundle cable is aluminum alloy 1350-H19 hard-drawn, compressed concentric-lay-stranded.
B. Neutral Conductor Construction
Cable assemblies are available with the following neutral conductors:
Aluminum conductors, coated-steel reinforced (ACSR), concentric-lay-stranded
Aluminum alloy 1350-H19 hard-drawn, concentric-lay-stranded
Aluminum alloy 6201-T81, concentric-lay-stranded.
C. Insulation Material
The standard insulation on the phase conductor is black low-density cross linked polyethylene (XLPE)
Alternatively, black linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) insulation with a 75°C temperature rating is available upon request.

1. B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes.
2. B-231 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.
3. B-232 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
4. B-399 Concentric-Lay Stranded 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors.
5. B498 Zinc-Coated Steel Core Wire for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
6. Duplex Aerial Bundled Cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474.
