Copper Cable Wire Stripping Machine usage:

It is used to recover a variety of wire and cable.like scattered twisted silk,electronic wire,reticle,double core rubber insulated lead sheathed and armored cable,Hv insulation cortical cables etc it can easily strip.this greatly improve the separation efficiency of plastic copper.

Operating method: Input the wires according the the feeding hole(the wires/cables should be corresponding with feeding hole). pls check the machine rotating direction,u can operate when the direction rightly, or else change the connector direction. 

  Troubleshooting guide: 1. if the cuts on the cables/wires are too deep,please check below points: 1:, Please adjust the handles on the input side, screw down or loose them. (1,2 handles) 2:, Check whether the cables/wires on the right position as you feeding them. 3, Make sure the blades are sharp,if not,polish them with the oil stone 2. if the plastic(PVC)has been stripped,but the copper wires can not been disgorged,please check below 4 points: 1, Polish the axis of the upper side shaft with the oil stone properly2check whether the springs are loose,if yes, screw down to make them tighten 3The diameter of the cables/wires are too small,please adjust the space between the two axises to 0.3-0.6mm. 4If the cables/wires you want to strip are hot,also can not get the copper wires stripped out.
