The control part of laser perforating machine is composed of PLC, Touch screen, servo driver etc, GS-DKJ400P type machine can complete laser perforating within the range of 600m/min speed. For unreeling of equipment, rolling motor, we use Simens servo motor, which has stable operation speed, and short acceleration time. The whole control part has the functions of roll diameter automatic calculation, paper breaking automatic shut-down, automatic tension control, automatic fault diagnosis and on-line help etc, on touch screen you can conveniently set and modify the processed parameters.

This set of equipment can realize ventilation and tar reducing through perforating tipping paper of cigarette filter tip in production line and to reduce the harm of smoking to human body.
