Structural principle

1.The basic rotary motion and artificial screening is similar. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25mm to 40mm, and the low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360 rpm;

2.The residence time of each product can be adjusted by the radial and tangential angle of the swing screen towards the drive axis;

3.Establish the level and throw the three-dimensional tumbling movement. The material is uniformly dispersed from the center to the outer edge over the entire screen so as to spread axially in a helical motion. Fine particles to complete the entire screening process;

4.The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the motion of the particles, and the particles close to the sieve size are successfully separated; the larger particles are transported to the exit and the outlet is controlled by an adjustable guide, which is Another factor in controlling material retention time;

5. The process repeated between each sieve layer;
