| This nonwoven fabric laminating machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene &polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminated paper or color-printed OPP &CPP film to nonwoven fabric, non woven bag under pressure, and through cut-off and the extruder with helical gear reducer of 20CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation.
The double-die can do single or double-face coating, width of coating& laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regalation in to control coating thickness and laminating speed, 6 wind-up station for material feeding. The gas-liquid edge correcting for rewinder assures the accuracy of coating. Pneumatic roller can assure even pressure.
