CARE AND MAINTANCE TIPS 

 Care for powder-coated aluminum: Very little maintenance is required for powder-coated aluminum furniture. Plan only to hose it down periodically to remove surface dirt. Cover or store in the off-season for longer service life.

 Care for outdoor cushions: All our outdoor cushions are equivalent-quality solution-dyed  polyester fabrics. Plan to hose them down periodically with clean water. Use a soft bristle brus brush and warm soapy water for particularly soiled cushions. Store or cover in the off-season.

MATERIAL 

1. rattan: PE rattan with aluminum frame, UV and waterproof for 2-year guarantee

2. frame construction: sturdy, strong,resistant and light weight with good powder coating aluminum frame, Rustproof welded aluminum frame ,not recycled, the surface is treated with powder coated and oxidation and sensational fastness.

3. Cushion:

a. easily removable cushion and cover with high density foam.

b. Various fabric are available (fabric weight 180g/m2-360g/m2), (different craft solid dyed, yard dyed, 100% solution dyed ), ( different color white, black, brown, natural, red a..etc.) 

c. waterproof fabric and with zipper.

d. with cushions: 10cm seat&back cushion.

4.Powder Coating: Powder coating spraying are all hand sprayed,achive high quality powder coating on the furniture frames,frames will be coated with the proper choice of colors according to the choice of the wicker color selected. 

PACKING

a. Inner layer: bubble bag + Middle layer: cardboard wrapping + Outer layer: stretch film

b. Glass: Foam and cardboard wrapping with corner protection.

c. Carton: Standard exported carton packing, professional mail order standard carton packing for KD furniture.
