Describtion of truck body

1)Floor and roof panel, side and front walls, and rear doors are made of FRP-PU-FRP insulated and sandwich panels

2)Fiberglass Surfaceis the first Isolation to the surrounding environment. It can block heat from entering into the truck body .because it can reflex heat and there are no seams or rivets for heat or moisture to pass through.

   The advantage of Fiberglass Surface:

Light in weight: 40% lighter than metal body

High in strength and long life: 5 times longer than metal body.

Non-corrosion, non-pollution, anti-brine, acid and soda-resisting, flat, smooth.Easy to be assembled and repaired at site.

Environmental protection properties: There is no volatile and corrodiblesubstance

4)Foam insulation: K value less than 0.3w/m2k use. High quality raw materials(polyurethane).have good property.

5)Bottom plate with high bearing capacity:Noveldesign, compact structure, enhancing the overall, meeting the loading and unloading of cargo .improving the handling efficiency. Use steel and wood to fix the body ,so the frame have firm and better load bearing.

6)Rear doors with at least three hinges, seals and one column lock per door

7)LED lightsfor all front, rear outline marker lights, and licence plate lights
