Applicable scope: the product can be wildly used in purified water, electroplate liquid, printed circuit board, solvent, paint and detergent. And the product can also be used for the filtration of medical water, oral liquid, beverage, alcohol and others

1. Compressed activated carbon filter element:

A: It’s sintering and compression to the mold by using the high adsorption coal activated carbon and coconut activated carbon as the filtration material, and adding food-grade binding agent.

B: both outside and inside of the compressed activated carbon filter element are wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabrics with the filtration function to ensure the carbon power of the filter element will not fall, and filter tube has good tightness.

2. Bulk-type activated carbon filter element:

A: to install the activated carbon particles to a special plastic shell, and then apply the welding equipment to weld the end closure to the two end surfaces of the shell, and then put the nonwoven fabrics for filtration to both ends of the shell to ensure that the carbon power and the black water will not fall when the filter element is applied.

B: Based on the needs of customers, the connecting mouth of different models can be applied to the end cover of the shell, and the following connecting methods are ca leaflet-press type and tube type (4042, 4044, 4046etc.)
