100% hand made filigree

our filigree is entirely 100% hand made from fine silver wire , note two purities of silver wire are used one for the out side to form

the skeleton of the structure of the piece this is made from purity of silver 925 and the inner wire entwined very fine purity of 950 %of pure silver so as it could be twisted and curled in any direction and keep its curl roundish , and not form corners so this high

 purity is A MUST IN HAND MADE FILIGREE PRODUCTION , this king of method is used so as the finished piece would be hard

but flexible, and not rigged .........then both are BRAZED together actually you could also say that both silver purities would be

bonded together to make the finished filigree piece implacably strong but grace full in design and flexible in structure

what is the difference between soldering and brazing { soldering is done under temperatures of 427degres and brazing is done for temperatures over 600 degrees } so in this way both the wires are bonded to each other

 making the filigree very strong structure

 so for those who might have taught that filigree is fragile actually, its one of the hardest wear and tear in systems of production
