Safety System
One water sealing tank to stop the fire coming back to the oil tank;
Three temperature meters and temperature meters, three safety valves on the reactor door, the oil separator tank, the water sealing tank.
One control cabinet, to give alarms when temperature or pressure has any wrong. If not person release the gas for long time after the alarm, the safety valve will release by itself.
Delivery time:
For LN-2600-6000 and LN-2800-6000, the delivery time is within 25days after the advance payment (30% of the total amount).For the smaller model, LN-2200-6000 and LN-2200-6600, the delivery time is 20day.
Warranty and machine life:
We guarantee the complete machine one year since installation. If in the first one year, there is any problem caused by the machine quality, we take responsibility. We guarantee the reactor life more than 4 years, others parts no need change. We provide the whole life machine maintenance.
Environment Protective:
Dispose waste gas, liquid, and residua in the process:
1. Waste gas: Transferred through two safety device: water close burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of ZTC Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of GB-2001.
2. Waste liquid: Produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil easy to process for small quantity). Counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporator(use the heat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource)
3. waste solid :The residua left after the catalyst splitting of tyre is black carbon. No waste is solid exist.
