SHJ series two-stage plastic extruder for granules making
Structure:
Stage 1 is SJSH high-speed co-rotating twin-screw extruder.Stage 2 is SJ low speed single screw extruder.Two machine are placed vertically.
Principle and applications:
1 Take advantage of twin-screw extruder and single screw extruder.Twin-screw extruder realizes transportation.,high effective plasticizing and compounding,dispersion. Single screw extruder can cool the melt and extrude them in low speed and low temperature without degrade.
2 High effective and production capacity.
3 Good at process heat-sensitive material and decelatilization operation.Such as PVC,XLPE,zero halogen cable,shield material,carbon black etc.
