POM rod

 has high mechanical strength, rigidity,fatigue resistance, resistance degeneration good shape. Excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability and dielectric properties, water resistance and solvent resistance. Widely used as a substitute for some non-ferrous metals and alloy steel, used in the manufacture of gears, bearings resistant module,mechanical shell,chemical valve gentlemen,containers.

    Disadvantages: POM by acid erosion, weathering poor, poor adhesion, thermal decomposition and softening nearly stable, so melting process more difficult. Limiting oxygen index for the smallest plastic, it is easier to burn.
