QGF series PET Bottle Filling Machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands from our customer. The machine is consised of ringsing-filling-caping all together. The suspension design allows the machine to fill different type of the PET bottles. It is normally used as PET Bottle Filling Machine . However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperaturen by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machine to form the water filling machine and packaging machinery production line.
2.features
1) Advanced industrial human-machine interface control. High quality international name brand key components
2) Suspension-style neck-catching structure ensuring bottle type changing simply by adjusting the height of the suspension belt. Can also be used as hot liquid bottler by changing the filling valve
3) Spring loaded cleaning forceps efficiently clean both inside and outside.
4) High accuracy pressure filling mechanism, ensure the height and quatity of the water
5) Magnetic powered cap device ensures tightness and prevents damage of the cap
6) Quiet, rotary cap installer will not damage caps. Photoelectric sensor detect missing caps thus eliminating uncapped bottle spillage
7) Built-in safeguard mechanism ensures the safety of operator and machine.
