4. Physical properties: White crystal powder,density is 2.484(20C), easily soluble in water, but nearly insoluble in organic solution,it is absorbent to dampness in the air. It easily chelate with metallic ions such as Ca, and Mg.

6. Usage: In food industry, applied to can, fruit drinks, milk product, vegetable protein drinks, instant noodles, meat product, as water-conservative. Also applied to vegetable fat powder as stabilizer and coagulator.
7. Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/paper bag with PE liner.
8. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and heat, and stored separately from poisonous substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid the damage to packing bags.
