Application:
Tundish coating of HN series is characterized by easy painting, no crack, erosion resistance, long service life and easy disassembly. Compared with using the insulation board, the tundish coating series can reduce nonmetallic inclusion in liquid steel, enhance cleanliness of liquid steel, improve steel property, reduce cost and increase performance.
Tundish coating HN-ZBTM4 is prepared specially for some types of steel with strict requirements on phosphorus content such as stainless steel, which compared with common tundish coating, can prevent phosphorus pollution of steel in tundish.
